What Makes Us Tick.
FOUR PILLARS
WHOLENESS
At our core, we are invested in the work of healing. We strive for the wholeness of those we serve.
LEADERSHIP
Empowerment evolves into leadership. We go the extra mile to equip and commission people to lead others and use their gifts in ways that exponentially grow their impact.
EMPOWERMENT
Wholeness leads to empowerment. We are committed to lifting people up to reach their full potential, so that they can pay it forward in the lives of others.
DEDICATION
We believe that the work of taking people from brokenness to wholeness, from wounding to making a difference, is a calling. We dedicate our work and the fruit of our labors to God.
OUR DNA
We Are Kingdom-Minded
We are a group of mental health professionals that share in common our deep desire to do Kingdom work and to work alongside the local church.
We Are Purpose-Driven
We are most interested in making a difference. That means not only helping our clients, but by working together for common good, we can make a major difference in our community.
We Stand in the Gap
To be effective in our gifts as counselors and coaches, we view our role as standing in the gap between the Church and Culture. This means we don’t shy away from tension and culturally charged issues, but seek them out in order to do the caring and healing work that often the local church has difficulty doing.
We Invest in the Next Generation
Our vision for our practice is not one that staffs only the most experienced and seasoned therapists, but rather one that also seeks to recruit, mentor, raise up and shepherd the next generation of counselors and coaches.
We Never Stop Learning
We believe the best counselors and coaches are ones that never stop learning and ones that never believe they have all the answers. The best therapists are great teachers and the best teachers are lifelong students.
We Don’t Go At it Alone
We believe that independent practice is what stops the growth and learning process. We believe community and collaborative learning is vital to the maturation and development of who we are as mental health professionals.
We Are Teammates, Not Employees
We see ourselves as a team of peers and colleagues raising up new therapists in our team to become peers and colleagues as well. There are no bosses or employees in our culture, only servant leaders and co-learners.
We Have the Hard Conversations
Working in a large group means finding common ground on the most important things, and being flexible and open minded on all the smaller things. For everything in-between there’s conflict and confusion. We believe as mental health professionals, we all ought to be able to have hard conversations when we feel frustrated and don’t see eye-to-eye.
We Are Entrepreneurial
The life of being in private practice is not for the faint of heart. It requires an appetite and tolerance for risk in order to achieve benefits and rewards that come with being in business for yourself. We believe in order to be successful as an organization, we must create a culture and environment that empowers therapists to reach their potential both as a clinician and a business owner.
